WHAT WE ARE DOING
With the increasing concerns regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) we want to assure you that we are closely monitoring this situation. We are and will be closely monitoring and following the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control regarding the spread of the virus. We want to do our part in ensuring our customers and employees needs while doing our part to keep our employees, and our communities safe.
Here’s what we’re doing:
- “At Your Service” Executive Limousine (AYS) employees have been educated on health and safety tips and are encouraged to follow the prevention guidelines recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
- We enhanced the techniques used to clean our vehicles after each trip. In particular, we are paying special attention to interior customer touch points such as seats, steering wheels, door handles and other hard surfaces.
- Every one of our vehicles is cleaned daily as well as in between each job. We are paying particular attention to the interior areas such as the seats, door handles, steering wheels and other touch points.
- We are also urging all employees to be vigilant about frequent hand washing.
- Chauffeurs also have a new policy in place not to shake hands during this time, The Handshake is on Hold.
- All AYS team members who are not feeling well and/or have any symptoms have been instructed to stay home and consult their healthcare providers.
We understand customers are looking for flexibility as they make their travel plans. If you need to change your reservation(s) from now until April 30th, 2020 due to COVID-19, we are waiving the cancellation fees, and you will be able to cancel or re-book your reservation without any charge up to the time of your pick up.
